ABOUT US: Allynn Corporation is a precision machine shop located just north of Kalamazoo, near the intersection of “D” Avenue and Douglas. In business since 1988, Allynn Corporation focuses on these core business functions: - Custom Machined Parts & Tooling - Design and Build of Jig & Fixture THE LOW RISK SHOP: Throughout the history of our company, a great deal of pride and attention has been given to: 1) doing the job right; and 2) delivering the job on time. Our largest customer sends a monthly report rating our business for quality and timeliness. Our work is inspected upon delivery, and we’ve delivered three rejected parts in the last seven years. This customer also rates each order for on-time delivery relative to the P.O. due date. In this area, our record is perfect with zero late deliveries in the last seven years. Our attention to “do it right” and “deliver it on time” has fostered and attitude of excellence in our shop. We’ve learned that when like-minded employees strive to work in this fashion, our shop becomes an enjoyable work place. Everybody likes to be successful and that’s our goal every day. TOOLS FOR THE JOB: Our shop floor is equipped with manual and CNC mills, toolroom lathes, surface grinders, various saws, welders, and presses. We maintain inspection equipment to check all work prior to delivery. And, unbelievable to some, our shop is cleaned every day. The Allynn attitude supposes that accurate work becomes more likely in a clean & well maintained work place. Our computer workstations utilize JobBoss® shop management software to organize your project from quoting through delivery. Our design software of choice is SolidWorks®, though AutoCAD® and CADKEY® are also available. Mastercam® is used to take projects from the PC to the CNC.
